Disclaimer and Medical Information Sheet
- It is strictly forbidden to take pictures or video from mobile during the dolphin swimming session.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to swim with the dolphins.
- All jewelry and rings have to be taken off to avoid skin injury of the dolphins and yourself.
- Please do NOT put your hand in the mouth of the dolphin and do NOT make sudden movement or scream in presence of the dolphin.
- Please adhere to the instructions of the coach and in any case refer immediately to the coach.
- Swimming with dolphins has advance reservation in the morning as well as can be arranged after the show so that everyone can enjoy with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy
- You will not be charged if you cancel 48 hours before your trip day.
- 30% Cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel same trip day.
Children Policy
- Less than 4 years old is FREE for show only.
- Less than 12 years old enjoy 50% of adult rate.
- In case of swimming for child only, one parent can join transfer for FREE.
- Less than 5 years old, can't swim alone. So one parent has to book full ticket and enjoy swimming with his child.
